A great way to take advantage of ebook functionality is to create your own ebooks. You probably have lots of great content that could be made into ebooks, from emergency management guidelines for your staff to school handbooks for parents to study guides for students.

To create an ebook document in a plain text Doc format, you can use tools such as Documents to Go or a Microsoft Word plug-in like PDB.CNV.

DropBook (free tool for authoring eReader ebooks)
eBook Studio (for authoring eReader ebooks)
Read in Microsoft Reader or RMR (free tool for converting Word documents to Microsoft Reader ebooks)
